However, the HR function has the ability to be an important and integral part of the business. To achieve this potential, HR must look to streamline day-to-day routines and provide a service that truly meets the growing needs of the employees. As demands on the HR function are increasing, it becomes all the more important for the organization to have such a package which shall be of great help in anticipating this ever growing demand.
